How do you print your boards?Each of our custom boards is silk screened by hand in the Bustin studio by an individual artist. This means that no two boards will ever be alike, as the styles, techniques and materials used by each of the artists will differ from board to board. Because each board is printed by hand, your board could have very minor imperfections, defining the character and individuality of your board. We triple check every custom board for significant mistakes or blemishes and will not send out a bad print.
What kind of setup would you recommend?We offer a complimentary Setup Recommendation Service if you are still unsure. Fill out the form and a member of the Bustin Crew will get back to you with our suggestions on a setup for your size and style.
How long before my Custom Deck ships?Accurate shipping estimates are always displayed at the top of the design page (usually between 5-10 business days for a custom deck). If you have any questions regarding when your order will ship, please contact us before placing your order. Other orders (Components, Limited Edition Decks, etc, ship out the same day or next day when in stock.
My order status says 'pending'. Is everything okay?Yes, everything is fine. Our shopping cart software sets the default status of an order as 'pending'. An email with tracking information will be sent once your board ships.
Can I get a tracking number for my order?Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your board ships.
Do you guys have a store? Can I come visit?We opened our flagship longboard store in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. Can I ship my order to the Bustin Brooklyn Store?Yes. You can elect to have your order shipped to our Flaship Ship Store in Brooklyn free of charge. As the Store carries primarilly Bustin Product some items have to be shipped from our warehouse. Most items will arrive within 1-2 business days. You will get a phone call and/or email from our Store Staff to let you know your order is ready for pickup. Of course items that are in stock will be ready almost immediately, but as mentioned above items shipped from our warehouse will take a few days as well as Custom Painted Decks. Our Store hours are Wednesday thru Sunday 10am to 6pm. Please stop by and see what they have, you will be able to see our operation firsthand and see some pretty awesome shop decks also. Can I get a discount?Nope, sorry. (just kidding…kinda) We do not have factory seconds laying around and we can't give you a free board just because you like us (Thanks for that by the way!), We occasionally offer sales on misprints and blems, so check the homepage for the latest. For wholesale or shop inquiries, please contact us.
Is it true you guys throw sick parties?Yes. Yes it is. Everything you've heard is true but lately we are too busy making your boards!
I'm working on a school project. Will you help me?Maybe. Depends what you need. Contact us and we'll try our best to help.
Do you guys offer full custom graphics?No we don't, but if you're local to NYC some of our friends are great artists and we could get you in touch!
How can I skate with the Bustin Crew?If you're ever in the area, we're usually out skating all the time in NYC, so pop us an email if you want to meet up. We're also in the progress of setting up monthly rides and other fun events. New events and rides will be posted on our BLOG, so check there for the latest news.
Will you sponsor me?We have been working on a small Bustin Roots / Flow program, we're not expanding too quickly at the moment, but If you think you can impress us, shoot us an email and we'll check you out.

Do you have any dealers? Can I test ride one of your boards?We sell mostly online because of the custom nature of our boards. However, we do work with a select few shops in cities around the world. Ask your local shop if they carry Bustin.

I like your website. Who designed it?Our website is designed and maintained in-house. This year, however, we began sourcing more web work to our good friends over at Walkstar Entertainment. If you want a website like ours, these are the guys to talk to Walkstar Entertainment.

Same Day Shipping on all NON CUSTOM DECK orders placed by Noon EST Monday-FridaySame Day ground shipping applies to standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Same Day shipping excludes custom decks that are hand painted in our Brooklyn NYC flagship store and require the lead time displayed in the custom section of our site. Who do you use for shipping?We use UPS for our primary and default shipping method for both withing the US and Internationally.

I live in another country, how can I get a Bustin?Bustin DOES offer international shipping to most countries. We use UPS for all International shipping and prices vary depending on your country. Typically shipping for a complete board can range from $55 - $115 depending on your countries specific UPS rates. Add a board to your shopping cart to see the exact rate to your country. Shipping times to most countries worldwide range between 2-5 business days.
Will I have to pay Custom Taxes & Brokerage Fees on International Shipments?The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Brokerage Fees are charged by UPS in order to expedite shipping by letting your order clear customs while in transit. These fees are included in she shipping cost except for Canada. For Canadian Customers the Borkerage fee will be $10 for a complete.

RUSSIA: We have had some problems shipping to Russia and we continue to find solutions for our Russia friends. Right now we have had no luck with sending our boards via USPS to Russia therefore we us primarily UPS. NOTE: UPS REQUIRES A BUSINESS ADDRESS for Russian shipments. Shipping to a residential address has usually resulted in delays and returns. If there is a problem with the address we will do our best to resolve it and figure out how to get you on a Bustin Longboard but there may be additional shipping costs (only if we incur additional costs).
PO BOXES: UPS does not deliver to PO Box's therefore we ship all orders to PO Box's vis USPS. Shipping times may be delayed.
APO / FPO: UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO addresses therefore we ship all orders to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Note: we like to support our troops, if you are military send us a note with your order number in the subject line and we will throw in some swag.
